| A LOCATION, A LAND, APASSION...
From our passion for this location so rich in history and for the quality of its soils, we deepened our interest in the personality of each parcel, following closely their evolution throughout the seasons.
The choice of "organic" farming became obvious to us when we took-over the vineyards of Campagne de Bacchus. We moved on to invstigate the fermentation techniques best suited to reveal the potential of each parcel from vintage to vintage, and it is through a permanent dialogue with our employees, our consultants and our friends that we are trying to develop wines that express the uniqueness of the terroirs that they come from.
Thanks to the quality of the terroir of Château Campagne Bacchus and the use of both innovative and traditional practices from the vines to the cellar, we obtain structured, harmonious wines supporting both gentle barrel maturing, whilst retaining all the natural wealth of their fruit.
Paul Brunner-Haour cultivates the vines and ferments wines in barrel.
For vineyard management and wine-making, we are assisted by Laurent Cornud, winemaker and oenologue, along with Christian Prud'homme (Grands Crus Consultants).
