OLIVE OIL

The domaine’s Verdales variety of olive trees, more than twenty years old, are grown with the same attention and care as required for the vines. Depending on the stage of maturity at which you press olives, the oil obtained is more or less strong, and more or less rich in complex flavours.  Offering a beautiful colour, we have opted for a pleasant and fruity style.
